Regarding VIsa Fee D.Ds

Hi,

My parents are appearing for their visa on Nov 29th 2004 second time. Their visa got rejected first time on Nov 4th 2004. They have 2300/- D.D with them now as visa office didn't take first time. Shall they use those D.Ds for this appointment? If so is it enough if they strike out earlier date of appointment and write Nov 29th on back side of the D.Ds (Name, Passport No and Date of appointment). Regarding other two D.Ds 4600/- and 441/-, should they take new ones this time?

I am sorry i dont have a reply to your question but i wld be very grateful if you can help me with mine.My parents too got rejected on nov 4th at the chennai center.If yours went to chennai too,can you tell me how they managed to get the interview date for nov 29th.I am only able to get for feb.I'll be really thankful for any help as i am quite desperate for an earlier date...Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Yes they were also appeared at Chennai on Nov 4th. After that I just booked appointment for them thru online. When I booked I got for Feb 8th. Then I pre-poned to Nov 29th using Modify/Cancel link. Nothing else we did to manage. I was infront of PC for one day completely as I was upset. Luckily I got for Nov 29th on the next day itself.
