Missed my Spouse ITIN number

Hi

I got my spouse ITIN number last year but some how I missed it. So can I do the tax returns with out it? Please advice...

Tell your spouse to call IRS and request to send a copy of that letter. They will ask some questions for verification and they will send it to the address on the record.
Check your last year's tax returns and you should be able to get the ITIN from there. If it was applied last year, then you are out of luck. Call them and they might suggest you what can be done.
Otherwise, you can visit to your local IRS office with all the relevant IDs and they should be able to provide it.
