Hi,

My mother is planning to reapper for a visitor visa at Chennai Consulate .Can she use the same I 134 form which she used for first attempt for the second time also? please let me know.

the same I134 affidavit can be used as long as it is within 2 months of the old i/v date. This is recommended .

you may reuse it if its not more 2 months old.
