Query about DS-156 form field

Hi, My Dad and brother own a business which is now transferred into my brothers name as he takes care of everything. My dad gets monthly rent from my brothers firm as he owns the property .

Should i write my father as retired on DS-156 or a property manager? Please advice. Thanks

He sounds like he is retired and receiving rental income. That actually makes more sense for an extended visit as a property manager would need to be present to take care of issues with the property under his management.
