I-134 : Sponsore two relatives (families) at same time

Can anyone please tell me

1. Do I need to fill out separate forms for each of the families I am sponsoring?
2. This is the first time I am sponsoring someone. If I have to fill out more forms, what should I mention in Question 9 of I134 which says "That I have previously submitted affidavits of support for the following person(s). If none state None." So if I have to fill out two forms, do I mention name of other family on first form and name of first family in second form.

1. Yes.

2. You dont have to mention anyhting, becuse this is the first time you are providing this form and since at the time of writing this form none of the family has actually used that form for the visa purpose .
