Stampping is mandatory this year or can be done after two years?

I am looking for US after two years, might be that time market will be good. So please advise me should i get the stampping done this year or can be done after two years (Before complition of three years). Please advise me.

If you are ready with your VISA then offer is ready you can fly ASAP wihth in the duration, but in future once you get offer going and booking for slot in consulate and if dont work then what. So what do you think about having VISA ready in your Passport.Its just my idea,so according to your situation take your own decession. Once you are ready with VISA then you can join with other employer as soon as landing here with his OFFER LETTER.In this case our desi's will create you problems be careful before joining to new comapny.
