Hi
I am planning to sponsor visitor visa for my sister-in-law ( wife's sister ) and her husband. They also want to get their minor kids.

I am assuming that applying for sis-in-law and her husband without kids will have better chance of getting visa ( because they have strong incentive to go back to India .. other than property papers etc )

1. Is my assumption correct ?
2. Can the kids visa be applied separately without parents included in same application? ( in case I get for my sis-in-law's and then apply for their kids )

I will appereciate your responses.

Thanks

Let them all attend the interview together. It'll be much easier on the kids to have their parents present during the interview.
In my opinion, leaving minor kids behind in the country, as a "tie" doesn't hold much water. The whole family wanting to travel to the US on vacation makes more sense as a reason.
