how to migrate to usa

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

hellow sir,.

my name is j.verma, i had been to u.s. couple of times
on tourist visa with my husband and 1st child. and the second time i had conceived and delivered a baby girl there in usa. later on when my daughter (usa citizen) was 5months old we moved back to india.
now my daughter is 19months old and we are still in india will all my family.
at first we were stamped at u.s.consulate new delhi.

my question is?

how we can migrate to usa now.

1. i had been denied for visa twice from delhi and once in chennai?

2. is there any advantage of being parent of u.s.citizen

3. what all the documents are required to file for migration to u.s. ( as the child is residing with us in india)

how to proceed the processing

pls. advice, we shall be highly thankful to you

regards

Having a child with a US citizenship offers you no benefit with regard to immigration.
Having conceived and delivered a child in the US on a tourist visa is a definite negative mark against you and I suspect that is what has led to your 2 visa denials.
If you want to migrate to the US your best bet would be to look for a work visa (a very tough task given the current economic recession).
