hi i just want to know as my mom is travelling to US in mid april 2009 & my husband's(sponsor) visa is going to expire in may....will that be a problem at the port of entry in US...?? will they create any problem at the port of entry as our visa is going to expire in may 2009....but we do have our acknowledgment receipt for which we had applied for extension of H1B...
will they actually the docs from sponsor at the port of entry??
