H1 Transfer to a LLC Company

Hi All,

I am planning to transfer to one of my uncles company and it is a LLC company.
He has started the company recently and I am the starting person there.

Question1:
I want to know whether I can transfer my H1 to an LLC

Question2:
Can LLC file green card for their employers.

He is likely to have problems demonstrating ability to pay your salary. There are issues with hiring close relatives as well. He needs to have an attorney review the plan for advice.
