I am on a work visa and I sponsored my parents Visiting visa this month. They were granted 10 yrs multiple entry visa without much hassles. I would now like to sponsor my uncle and aunt too. My uncles' visa was rejected twice so far. I had some doubts:
1) What kinds of documents are expected for sponsoring relatives other than parents?
2) How long do I need to wait before I can sponsor my uncle?
3) My uncle is a social worker and his visa was rejected this month because there were not enough supporting documents to show that he will come back to India. He was sponsored by some of his friends here. How long should he wait before going for the interview again?
4) In case his visa is rejected again, will that anyway affect me or my parents' visa?
