Q1) I am on an H1 B visa valid till September 2009, my employer wants me to leave U.S and stay in India for a couple of months till the job market gets better, however i will be on the payrolls of India at this time , will this affect my H 1 B visa status , will my visa be canceled?
Q2) Can I get my H1 B Visa extended in Mexico or Canada?
Q3) Can i get my H1 B visa transferred to a new company in India?
