Original Birth Certificate

Do we need to submit original birth certificate at the time of application or should it be carried with Interview?

Also, how would we get back the birth certificate if we send it with application? Will zerox copy work?

Submit copy with application and carry original to interview. Look out for notarization of the document if necessary.

Is it needed at all? I don't remember that in the list. After you get confirmed appointment, it will print out a list of documents. I understand those are the only documents that are mandatory. It will also print out an instruction sheet which will have some supporting documents that you may carry. Does this list have birth certificate?
