available dates not shown after filling DS156

m not able to schedule visa appointment for my mother as it not showing any available dates after filling all the required information while in "the check availability for the appointnments dates " it's showing few dates available.....is there any problem with the site???can please anyone help me...

You will need to complete and save the application so that once you find a date, you can submit the application immediately. You will likely have to do this several times as the completed form will expire.

i have saved the application....problem is dates are available but m not able to block as when i go step by step a window pops up saying "no available dates" but it shows dates in green when i check availability.......i can't understand this why m not able to block a date when they r available....is it always this way??

Are you checking dates for the same visa class, interview language and residence state etc. in both interfaces?

yeah.....for tourist visa for my mother,i select "english" while checking availability of dates and for confirming the appointment date there comes no such language option, and i have checked the saved DS156 form for language option but ther isn't any....

Before you filled the DS 156, the system must have asked you for language. It is not on DS form.

Language option is the first thing you have to select from the drop down after you select State of residence. It is always there.
