Hello:
I have few questions on filing of I134
1. I filed for my mother's visa in June 2003 and it was rejected. Now i am filing for my mother in law's visa. on Question#9, where it says details about the previously submitted affidavits(s), should i put my mother's name and date of 2003 or should i put it as None?
2. My father in law's name is different in his passport than my wife's & my mother in law's passport so what should i do in such situations?
3. I want to apply for my mother's VISA also. Should i file it together with my mother in law and provide details on question#9?
4. My current VISA is expring on Sept 1st 2009. Do i need to have 6 months visa so that they would get visitor VISA?
