Appointment in Delhi Consulate

We are facing difficulties in getting the interview appointment scheduled at Delhi Consulate for Toursita Visa for my parents.
Whenever we are trying, we are getting message "interview dates are not available. Please check back agin in 24 hours"
I wanted to see if anyone has had success in getting an appointment recently.

Visa appointment slots for Delhi consulate are taken up as soon as they become available. You'll have to keep trying regularly to get a slot.

It took me a couple of months to get an appt. Try during 8-10am and 4-5pm IST on weekdays (M-F).

Getting English language appts is easier than regional language.

I emailedhim and enquired about his contact number but he didnt reply. So i am not sure if he is authentic. I am worried since i will be giving him all the sensitive information like Passport number and all.
Please help me
