we want to get my mom on B2, so that my hubby will sponsor as i am on H4. We are expecting 2nd baby in sep 2009, and we were not able to bring here at the 1st time of delivery also.

But i am the only daughter and my mom lives there alone as dad is no more, and to show supporting documents we have one house to live and some cash. She dont have any income.

And by this Oct 2009, my hubby's 6yr H1 completes and we started GC process from Oct 2008, but within oct 2009 if we wont get our Labour and I-140 we have to leave US till we get both stages cleared.

So can anyone suggest
when it is good that my mom goes for interview?
will she get visa?
or any suggestions

Any time if you are ready with all the required documents
will she get visa?
It depends on the documents you send and also your moms ability to answer VOs questions
or any suggestions

FYI, If you want to get extension beyond the 6 year period, your GC process must be pending for more than 365 days before the expiry of 6 years period.
