Murali,
I am on H1 and I do no have a greencard. But we own a house in the US. Is it a good idea to show this house in my documents for sponsorship whcih I am doing for my parents or will they take it negatively that I am trying to settle down here ? Please reply asap as I need to send the docs soon

Any property is good to show.
This may or may no have a big impact , the key is your total income and the savings balance documents which you provide.
