I-134 doubts

Hello All,
I have a couple of questions regarding filling up the I-134 form.

1) If you and your spouse are working , do you have to specify the other as 'partially' dependent ?

2) In Line 11 , " I intend ...to provide expenses" , do we have to specify an exact amount of money that we intend to spend on the visitor??

Please let me know if you have any info

#1. dot worry too much abt it you can say : "Partially dependent ..

#2. You doint have to provide amount but should specify some specifics :
