Visa Location

Hi,

In India as I was working in West region, so i got my H-1 visa from Mumbai. But my parents is living in Rajasthan sinec long time & now they are going to apply for tourist Visa. So here I confused where they should apply for Visa, Mumbai or Delhi, Is Mumbai due to my visa file is there or Delhi due to resident of Rajasthan?

Where you got your visa from does not matter...
your parents should go to Delhi as that is the closest.
