I was looking at the sample forms for embarkation form, USA custom Form and I-94 form for US visitor... I was surpised to see the red prints on the form which says "Stole from path2usa.com" I don't understand the reason behind this. Also, this looks very unprofessional since, you already have the SAMPLE and VOID stated on the form.

The reason behind it has some history behind it also the fact of such sample and other stuff which we put lots of efforts to create or collect other websites comes copy them.
Since they are jsut sample I dont think has any adverse affect for the reader.
Your feedback is valid though we will have them upadted soon.

Murali, Thanks for your response. I would suggest that you leave the path2usa.com print on the forms and just remove the "STOLE from" words. Just in case if some one tries to copy the form onto their website, the path2usa.com address will still stay on the sample forms.

path2usa.com is a great site with lots of information... thanks once again.
