Is visa to be renewed, if already 10 years multiple entry visa exists

Hi,
My in-laws already have 10 Years multiple entry visa which expires in 2012. They will be coming to USA again in Feb 2005. Do they have to visit consulate again, as there is finger print policy introduced recently? If so what all documents are required? Is it same process as new visa?

People with the exisiting valid visa need NOT to do any thing ..take it easy.
finger print will be taken at the USA airport only ..see this article
