A tourist visa sound good..but i do not want that i go to him and then come back after a few months to my country and again keep missing him i want to join him thre..

Couple of things:
1. Student visa can certinaly help for let you be in USA for longer time.
In order to get the Stuedent visa you have to find the right university/school and fulful thier requirement in order to be qualified to get the Student visa.

2. Visitor Visa, may be a tough one for you since you are a student .

about R2 visa I am not sure abt the consitions and rules I would suggest to consulat an immigration attorent than making your own assuptions.

hi Murli!
Thanks for your answers!
NOw is there anyother way i can get that ..
i was wondering if i can get a mutiple visit visa to visit USA..
well okay i am a student but my husband would be supporting me there.would youplease let me knwo on that.
MY husband has conuslted his lawyer and i canot get on an R2 visa unless he has a grrn card.
R2 is issued to the spouse of an R1..R1 is religious Visa.
Thanks.!

Hun...so if you already consulted the immigration attroeny then must be knowing that if there is any alternative or not?
I dont think that there is any short cut there are certain rules regulation that you have to follow.
