My husband and I have been married over 2 yrs now and he was denied the right to immigrate b/c of simple possession of marijuana charges back in the 70's that he has Canadian pardons for. We had decided he would come here to N.C. to live since I have four children ranging from 30,26,22,16 here and two grandchildren. Is there anything we can do to keep him here? He has never been here in over two years of marriage. He was just approved for the I-192 waiver so will be coming here over the weekend, first time he will meet my kids and all. We began a website to gain signatures to change the law. It is www.vanduzee.net Thank you for going there and signing..
