got 221(g) form.URGENT please help!

Hi all,
I had my H1 interview on 21st oct 2008.I was given a 221g form after the interview.The reason for the refusal is that I did not have my paystubs when I was on bench.

I mailed many times to the consulate to know the status.But I did not get any response.
Please tell me what I am supposed to do.

They are likely trying to see if your employer can afford to pay you since he did not do so previously.

You are now seeing why working for an employer who is not well funded is a poor choice.

I suggest that given your past out of status that you file for your back wages with the DOL and look for a new employer.
