Maternary leave for h1

i want to know how many months can new mother take maternary leave.
while on H1B.

Most companies offer 6 WEEKS for a normal delivery and 8 WEEKS for a C-section. An H1B worker should expect to use that normally granted a US citizen in a similar situation.

If you are unable to abide by that rule, you should convert to a dependent visa status if you qualify.

upto 6 weeks after that if u r medically unfit u can still avail unpaid leaves.
