Hi,
I had applied for H1 visa during 2007. I got a 221g asking for some project documents. The employer did not provide me that and I never submitted those docs. Now after more than a year, suddenly I got this update from USCIS.
Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER
Current Status: Case was shipped to the Department of State for visa processing.
On January 30, 2009, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.
Can you please let me know what this means and what I can do
