I am holding H1b visa valid till Sep 2009, i have been to USA and worked bewteen June 2007 to Sep 2007, hodling 2 pay stubs, Right now i am in Chennai India, My visa has been issued in Mumbai, India.

Kindly let me know how to renewal my visa ans what is the procedure.

Your H-1B renewal can be done only through your employer. Further for renewal process you must be inside US and working for the current employer, then only it is possible for renewal.Employer only have the access for renewal of your H-1B

Instead of renewal you can search for new employer who will file a new petition under a non cap case using previous H-1b details. Once it is approved, then you can enter US.
