Hi all,
I had a query on my h1b stamping and putting across the same in this forum.
I moved to the US on July '08 in H4, my H1B got approved in Oct '08, I filed for a (H4->H1)change of status petition in Nov'08, got my corresponding approval and I-94 in Dec '08 and currently on H1B status. I do not have H1B stamping currently in my passport right now.
I need to travel to India now in Feb '09. As such, I would require to do a H1b stamping on my passport to enter US. Do I require doing that stamping in India alone? or Can I do the stamping in Mexico as well?
