L2 EAD validity when L1B Visa holder in INDIA

Hi,
My details:
Im working in L1B Visa valid till Dec 2010.
My wife is working on L2 Visa with EAD valid till March 2010.

Since my project is getting over by next month, I might go to INDIA.

I have the following questions:
1. Can my Wife still continue working here in U.S.A even if i move back to INDIA. If Yes how long she can work here. Any other conditions?

2. In continuation to my above question, when im in INDIA if my current company is being taken over by another company.What would happen to my L1B visa and to my above question 1.

Note: I dont have any plans to quit the company.

Please help me on this.

Her L2 is dependent on your L1. When you are no longer employed in the US, her L2 is terminated at the same time as your L1. Her working after your relieving date in US on L1 is considered illegal work and will create numerous problems if she tries to return to the US.
