W2 form clarification urgent

Hi

My salary day in my last company was 20th of every month.I got my December salary on 20th January.After that they send my W2 form but in W2 form my December salary is not included.Is this fine or there is something wrong in this.Kindly let me know.

Salary is reported in the year actually paid. Your situation is unusual in that you have a long delay in receiving payment. Everything is fine. Your W2 should reflect the cumulative values of your last paycheck received in December.
