Question regarding DS157 form

Hi,

I am helping my brother fill-out the DS157 form. In this, Q18 asks whether you have made any specific travel arrangements (Yes or No) and if yes, give specific details including arrival/departure, flight details etc.

We havent booked an air ticket for him yet. Will asnwering "NO' have a negative effect? He is applying for a Visitor B2 visa.

You can say no if have no complete details and plan at the time of filing the application.
