Help required

My uncle and aunty are taking their consulate interview soon. They are going to visit places in US. They have two sons. One is working in US on L1 and the other is doing his MS. Both are in the same state. Elder son has a one year old daughter. She is currently in India as her mother is working here. Both of them may travel in December.

So are there some specific questions that they should look out for?
