Hi All,
My H1 transfer got approved and I got back my I797 A . However, my employer gave the lower half of i 797 to me and retained the upper part with him.
When my first H1 got approved, I had the whole document and took it for stamping.
But, as this employer gave only half of the document , I am not sure if i have everything I need for further stamping or job search etc.,
Can somebody let me know if it is fine?
