Your employer will have online access to generate an LCA. LCA is not for an individual, it is for a particular job profile (e.g. Programmer/Analyst I, Programmer/Analyst II, etc.) paired with the particular location.

As an employee, you won't be able to change the LCA. Your employer will get it for you.

My US employer has always given me my revised LCA within 24 hours whenever my work location has changed
