H1 Transfer Petition Filed-Travel out of US

Hi

I have recently joined company B from company A. My H1 transfer Petition is under processing. The visa Stamp on my passport and the approval notice from the previous employer is valid till feb 2006. Under this circumstances can I travel out of the US for a short business trip and come back again. Will I face any problems during re entry?

Generally it is not recommended to travel while your extesion is pending. Check with your company's Legal dept/Lawyer for a better advise based on your specific case.
