Currently I hold L1 visa valid till Dec 31 and I am in India now. My company applied for H1 during last week of Sep on premium processing. During 1st week of Oct, USCIS asked for additional information. Our lawyer sent the addl. information accordingly. We havent received the approval yet. I have 2 questions :
1. Since the cap has reached, would my H1 application considered.
2. Can I travel using the current L1 visa before Dec 31 even if the H1 is approved. Will there be a problem at port of entry.
