Vistor visa for my mother-in-law

I applied vistor visa for my mother-in-law who is a widow, and got rejected (potential immigrant) in March'08. Now that I got my GC in May, can I reapply now, is there a possibility of getting the visa is more.... Appericiate your responses...

Hi,

You may reapply for her Visitor visa. But getting a Visa strongly depends upon how well you can show that she will come back to India after the visit.
