Hi all

I provided all documents needed for a Visitor visa in interview by path2 notes ...

my uncle was my sponsor ( a citizenship ) .... and all other documents ... I am 29 old ... with a greate job in my home country and a good cash ... just to see my uncle after 10 years
in interview , the officer didn`t view any of my documents and just questioned me that " did you have any travel to out of your country ? " ... I had not ... she rejected me (!?)

realy I want to see my uncle ( after 10 years ) and nothing more

what is your advice ?

Each case is different and a visa can not be guaranteed . No matter whats your intention is Visa authorities has their own parameters to check whether or not you qualify for the visa.

You can apply again.

Well, I am 31 years old and I have never been out of the country too. I attended my US Visa B1/B2 Interview a few days back and got my 10 year Multiple Entry Visa.

The only thing I did was answer all the questions very honestly and confidently...later I felt that I was almost cocky during the interview as I was really not bothered about the outcome as my clients would suffer and not me if I can't go there.

The officer just asked me a few generic questions and went through a couple of papers and that's it. In fact I quite enjoyed the conversation I had with him.

I guess the first thing they would look for is your body language. Plus the way you answer any queries.

Hi Passenger,

I have quite a few relatives in the US and neither has the officer asked me about that and nor I spoke about that.

The form only asks if I had any IMMEDIATE relatives in the US which I did not.

My sponsor was a TV channel in the US.

I had my bank statements and IT returns but the officer did not look at any of them. He just looked at the invitation letter and the previous email correspondence between the company and me.

And I honestly mentioned that I would only require 10 days for my business meetings. He gave me 10 years :)
