Unable to edit DS-156.Pls help

Hi All,

I'm unable to edit DS-156 document as its less than 2 working days for the visa appointment. Unfortunately I missed the fact that there were many holidays in this week

The mistake i have made is on point 18 of the form
"Spouse's full name" I have mentioned only the First Name and missed the Surname. Now I'm unable to edit

How big a mistake is this.
Should I take a printout and write it out using a black pen
Or should I let it be.

Pls advice.

Not a big problem. Just print out DS-156 seperately and carry along with the original one. They would take care of it.

You don't need to worry on this. At the time of interview, you may inform VFS personnel/VO about the mistake and they will correct it.
