hi ......... My husband does not have a passport... but i already have a B1 Visa on my passport... My brother is sponsoring me for christmas visit... i will be staying there for 1 month as my inlaws and husband is here in india. He is in service now and wont get such a long leave. Frankly speaking he does not believe in going to states so he does not want to make the passport either......but i want to see my brother who went to states 15 years ago. and my brother cannot come because of work there.
What documents should i show for my child whether from my husband and also from myself ... he is 4 month old now. and my borther has all the sponsoring papers with him.......Please advise.
