Visa interview in Hindi

Hi,

Just wanted to check if anyone has experience in taking the tourist visa interview in Hindi. If someone can explain the process. Are there any pros and cons of taking the visa interview in Hindi.

I was planning to call my mom for 6 months and she can understand english but I was thinking it will be better if I take the appointment in Hindi.

There is absolutely no problem in Hindi or any other language.
My relatives did it very recently and got the visa from Mumbai consulate.
( I think you need to specify it at the time of taking the appointment, check with VFS)
