i asked my agent friend as to what to say when the officer asks about the airline ticket , . he said there are two options , either u get the tickets (both going and return) or say u ve put them on hold and wud get them after you get the visa.
now someone please tell me how do i get a ticket on hold . i did check a lot o sites , there is no option of holding a ticket .
cancellation of ticket wud cost a whopping 6-7 k.

2nd question i have is : who pays for the visit . since im applying for visitor visa and im getting this affidavit of support (i-140)form a friend in us. so ihave to fill this form ds 156 in which there is this point of who pays for the visit . its written there that you have to write the name of your sponsor but since im paying for the tickets myself , so whose name shud i write there . ?
if i write my sponsors name , wont the visa officer ask me as to why is ur sponsor friend paying since he is not my relative ?




the 3rd problem is the no.18 point on form ds 157 which reads like :
Have you made specific travel arrangements . if yes plz provide complete itinerary for ur travel including arrival / departure , dates .....

what shud i write in here since it is connected to my first question of getting the tickets on hold .

plz suggest a solution 2 the above three .:confused:
