Visa Appointment

I am trying to get visa appointment for my parents to visit me in USA. Based on available information on this forum, we all know it a difficult task.

Is there a particular time window per US Time (Eastern or Pacific) when I should try to break in the released appointment opportunities?

I would appreciate if people who had been successful in reserving an appointment can share their time window when they could find an available appointment.

There is no proven method, people do keep trying from time to see, to find any new available one , those which some times available due to cancellations by others.

I have read many people posting that they got the appointment during Thursday/Friday early morning EST
Keep trying.
