What your family needs to take with them at the time of interview is your business details, your ITCC, Balance sheet, property details if any, your bank statement to proove that you can take care of them in USA and of course a letter from you that after your business visit you will take your family for tourism ( You may mention some of the places you intend to visit) finally an assurance that you all will come back sighting your children education. If your wife is working in India then you may add that also in the letter.
What the VO sees at the time of interview is that you have ties in your home country and will return back. If you have aged parents in India, then you can mention in the letter and carry a family photograph as a proof. Some times the VO do not see any documents you carry. He only looks at you whether you have ties in your home country and return back after the visit.
They need to carry your passport copy.
Good Luck

Also what do u mean by ITCC.
Moreover, i may not travel to US immd, even then is it fine if we get there visa processed, as someone in my office told me that my family needs to show the ticket and stay details in US...please give more information on it.

Business Documents= your nature of job.
ITCC= Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
Air ticket is not required to be shown at the time of interview.
Of course you have to show where you and the family will be staying in USA.
Your family only needs to carry your supportive documents as mentioned by me since you already have B1 visa and will not be attending the interview.

It is possible for them to get visitor visas. What VO sees at the time of interview is their ties in their home country and will return back after their US visit.
I am not sure about the I 134 form whether it is applicable to you or not as you are staying in India. Murali, Simran or cncd1 can answer you on this.
It is good to have a client letter that you are working with them. In most of the cases, the VO does not have time to see additional documents.
In DS 156 form, you have to fill in against s.no 24 and 25, address where you will stay and the name/telephone no of the person you will stay with.
If you are going to stay in your wife's sister's place, then mention it; otherwise mention where you intend to stay'
Against s.no 37 of DS 156 form, you may have to mention your wife's sister detail in her DS 156 form.
Good wishes,
cncd1

They should certainly go on and appear. The truthful answer that your travel has been delayed but they would still like to go with you when you do is a reasonable answer.
If you have a proposed travel date (month and year is fine), they should have that information available should the VO ask.
It is not unusual that business travel dates be revised so do not worry about that.

You are not going to attend the interview. Your wife and kid are going to attend the interview. All documents are to be given to them to carry with them and produced as and when asked at the time of interview. Have you filled DS 156 and DS 157 forms?
We have been fairly able to answer all your queries. Now for any other information, you have to put in some efforts to search on visitor visa forum.
No more spoon feeding please.
