Hi, I would like my girlfriend to visit me here in Minnesota so I will be applying the visitors visa for her. However, I am still a college student and although T have a decent amount of money in my account, I don't make salary. Therefore, my father will likely be the official sponsor. Will this relationship between sponsor and applicant be too far?
Also, she is only 20 and does not salary or go to school, but all her family is in China. What else can we use as evidence of strong ties?
Any suggestions on what will give us the greatest chance of approval and any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
