Question on B1 Visa

Hi ,

I am holding B1 visa.Last week my brother met with accident in US.I want to meet him ASAP.In such situation still I need to apply for B2 visa so that I can meet him ?

I travelled California in june month on the basis of B1 visa.

Please help me.

You can visit on your existing B1.
( You may communicate with US consulate in India and let them know such situation and ask for their advise)
