visitor visa for appearing in an exam in usa

hello everyone
i m a physical therapist from india 24 yrs old, single and m planning to appear in NPTE exam which is only conducted in usa and for that i will be issued an AUTHORISATION TO TEST letter by the physical therapy board of usa.
can i get visa easily with the help of my authorisation letter and my appointment letter for test???
if someone can guide most welcum
