I am in US B1 visa, I want to goto canda visiting, do i need to handover my I-94 at PoE during my exit ? I need to use my the same I-94 ? I am having multiple B1entry visa and also valid h1 visa.

Is it possible to come back from canada on my H1B visa ?

Yes you have to handover the I-94 because each entry and exit are different entities.
Yes it is possible to enter back to US on your H1B, but make sure you have all the right docs regarding project, Client letter etc and also make sure you mention to officer that you want to enter on H1B and not B1 since both visas are valid in your passsport
