My parents got usa multiple entry visa .It starts from september 16 th.but they are planning to visit usa during november 20th.can they stay for 6 months in usa?when will the 6 months start?Is that from Sep 16th 0r nov 20th?

Hi,

Since your parents have Multiple entry (hopefully for 10 yrs), the 6 months stay starts from the day they land in US.
And also it depends on the validity of I-94 given at the POE.
